Official bash civics thread

QD there are certainly ignorant owners of nearly an car make/model. Its just that I find it very ironic that most people who dont own hondas and constantly bash them also tend to fall within some sort of stereotype themselves in what they drive and how they are modified.

Hondas in general are very popular because they are easy to modify and see results with a minimal amount of money invested. Same reason 240s are popular. Having owned several hondas and worked on ALOT of others, i appreciate their design and lego-like interchangeability. Infact the only thing i really dislike is the fact that some people are so scared to seem like a conformist that even if they see a nicely done honda they won't give it any respect. Yet these are usually the same people who usually drive a 240, mustang, corvette, miata or some other car that have also been a part of the modified car scene.

As you know, I'm not one who hasn't owned a Honda. In addition to the 4 Civics I've had, I've also owned two Accords. And I started out in a Neon, myself. That was/is the low man on the totem pole when it comes to car modding.

Easy to modify I agree with. The other two I don't. I don't know about now, but in the early 2000s, Hondas took a lot of money to make it quicker than stock.

My thing is the people with Civics usually think they're car is above all others. They all say they do their Civics to be different. That is my favorite line by a Civic owner. Different and Civic do not need to be in the same sentence, lolol. Ever. Later, QD.
