Impressive, +1. Thats something I would say, except the part where some people start brake boosting way to early and usually mess up when its time to use it. I think the best time to do it is on the first honk. Thats when I do it most of the time.Originally Posted by tko
Brake boosting and honking at the same time takes alittle bit of practice. I know I used to get confused and use to much brake or honk way to fast and screw up. But practicing makes perfect, and I have learned how to brake boost on point and honking while doing it. Remember, there is a way to brake boosting using your hand brake, I've never tried that but I have heard it beign done that way too. Heard it works just the same.
I never brake boost, no need to. =DOriginally Posted by TRYMY4.0
And if you have decent brakes, don't worry about them going out early, until you start feeling like they don't grab anymore then you can stop.I have almost 30,000 miles on my car and haven't had to change mine so far. And me brake boosting, slowing down from high speeds quick and braking and taking corners, they're still pretty damn good. Lol. Might be diffrent for a car with 2 piston brakes though.
Lolol. Yes, there are some morons out there who can't tell the diffrence between a boost assisted car and super charged one.cuz dumbasses who dont know a lot about it tell me to brake boost....but I have a supercharger. lolol
Edit; Even if someone has a small stock turbo. Brake boosting still helps. I would know, like Stay_Up I too had a small ass TD-O4 and brake boosting helped alittle not alot but enough to get the job done.
