BS3 uses driveshaft speed, and can either drop cylinders, or can pull timing like the AEM. The fact is that TC that is not wheel sensor based is simply doing it off mathematical calculations based upon that values that you give it for traction conditions. Changing tires, weather, unprepped track, etc., all affect those calculations. You pretty much have to adjust it slightly each time the conditions change for optimal performance. As you can guess, I'm not a huge fan of that method. Measuring slippage makes more sense to me.Originally Posted by Hunter02SS
BS3 can be setup to control multiple staged boost solenoids, right? The AEM has boost solenoid control built in, and I thought that I remembered seeing that listed in the BS3, but that was a while back.
