Most of the time I see traps decreasing with slicks because it changes the gearing, although in most situations if the gearing is not drastically changed (shortened or widened) the trap goes up...For example, Most ZO6's trap 121-125 but the fastest time ever recorded was done on slicks at 10.85@128.
