R.I.P........ my car

well, as most of you guys already know I was hit by a drunk driver on sunday. I ended up with 2 broken hands and a pretty bad concusion. After going and seeing my car today Im surprised I didnt end up in worse shape. I only have a couple of pics because my camera is messed up and I couldnt tell if it was working at all but I think you'll get the idea.........

the back half seems to be fine, so I guess the plan now is to get it back and find a non running mr2 with a good interior to swap my motor into. A lot of my interior is fucked too but I think there is some stuff that is salvagable. Im probably gonna need some help though. It looks like im gonna have to build myself another mr2 from the ground up.

yeah it was a crap ass 83 chevy truck. he had insurance but im not sure how much they are gonna cover yet. I just got the police report back a little while ago.

Hey, if you need any advice with the whole insurance process and claim process let me know. I've done it quite a few times... Had bad luck of being hit in my integra. I got pretty good at dealing with it all and getting a fair ammount out of the insurance company.

viewing this from the pics forums, If you are REALLY intrested in buying an MR2 shell.. I might know of one that my buddy has. It was an NA, 93 i believe.. it's been sitting at his house for about 6 years now. I'll see if i can dig up more info.
