    The person is on a fuel efficiency site. He built the car to have 0 drag and is getting insane gas mileage with it. It has a ton of other things done to the motor and drive tran.

    Its still ugly...

    Lies, although it looks bad its built for function. If the owner was equipped with the proper tools to refine his simple design, it would be great and 95mpg is well worth it, if YOUR experimenting.
