    It's called an "Art Car", they have hundreds of 'em in the DC area. I used to see this
    one Grand Am with nothing but BARBIE parts all over it !!! Heads, legs, arms, BOOBS !!
    His tag said "HANDY". Dude looked like a failed Santa Claus imitator !!!!

    What are those things attached to the hood? I get the temple or whatever on the roof are they trying to make a whole city? They never grew up from playing with dolls/gi joe as kids? I bet they've lost at least 10mpg with wind resistance and weight!
