IACV for H22A

I'm not positive about this, but I'm pretty sure my IACV has gone bad. I've done a little research, but doesn't this also have the speed sensor or is it in a different place? My speedometer just stopped working on me, kinda. It works when I come to a stop for like 1/10 mile, then stops, then jumps to like 120 mph, then stops again. So I can't figure it out.

So if anyone can please help me out, I would really appreciate it. I have a JDM H22A, but I guess all H22 engines use the same IACV. So someone please please help me out. If you have one, know someone with one, know of a junkyard with one, whatever, let me know. Honda wants like $500 for the part + labor, and I really don't want to spend more than maybe $150 total.
