go to the store, tell them you lost your phone, you should get a 25% discount off retail if you extend your contract. It would be 269.99-25%+$20, or somewhere around $236.67. So if you can find one somewhere cheaper brand new, more power to you. My recommendation? Don't get one, I've heard of some software issues and touch screen issues already.

Well my mom just extended the contract 4 days ago, so I doubt that will work. Oh well, thanks though that's a good idea if I was in the right situation.
