Yeah, lots of people are selling their blow off valves on Nasioc. If that isnt an indicator they are POS's, you've got be an idiot to waste your money on one.

Why? Most stockers start leaking after a while of running higher boost than stock, its all personal preference.

That right there lies the answer. Higher boost than stock. However, I can gaurantee you that (and I hate throwing loose statistical numbers out) , but 8 out of 10 of those people purchasing a blow off valve is for pure sound and cool factor than functionality. Stock BPV's can be easily modified to hold in higher boost situations as well.
