89-94 240sx downpipe bracket

I need the the stock downpipe bracket (the one that has 2 holes for the downipe to bolt to).

I don't remember if this bolts to the tranny or the chassis.

No, just like the exhaust has hangers, there is a hanger/bracket that the downpipe is attached to.
