    preferably brand new, but it must be in good shape

    this is the worst quote ive ever read about intercoolers.

    They are rated on FLOW and EFFICIENCY, not PER APPLICATION.

    you are thinking of "not all cars need X amount of POUNDS to make X amount of POWER"

    This has nothing to do with flow.
