    To clairfy, this guy is looking for a OBD-B ECU. It has to be JDM in order to get around the immobilizer feature.

    I told you man, your best bet is to use a harness and run a obd-1 or obd2a ecu. and save the OBD2B stock civic one for emissions.

    the civic stock ecu wont pass the emission..
