WTB: DD - <$3500 (Civic/Integra/Corolla/Accords)

AC must work
Heater must work.
Mods are okay.
Manual is okay but auto preferred.
Miles on car must be <160k.

If the pre-reqs are met and a shop checks the car as clean I will buy same day. Sick of driving my Lotus in the rain, getting too dangerous.

i have a 2000 Civic that meets all that criteria. 100% BONE STOCK, 149K IIRC, tires are great, AC works, so does heat, even has CD player.
