there is no such thing as any desirable 60-70s muscle car that is in restorable condtion and "cheap". got to pay to play
Hella stock member!
there's a few less desirable old cars that can scratch your resto itch without breaking the bank. especially if you're ok with a 6 cylinder or a 4 door to start off.
Mercury Comets are cheap. I purchased a 65 a few years ago that was a road worthy survivor with good paint and clean interior for $1200. It was a 6 cylinder.
Nobody really wants 4 door chevelles or novas, so theyre cheap too.
Probably wont be the hotrod of your dreams, but if you're on a tight budget, theyre a fair compromise.
Go on craigslist and search 1965,1966,1967 ect ect ect.... might find something you didnt know you were looking for.
Cool thank you sinfix_15 for the info I haven't thought about searching by year only

GET THAT DAMN GALAXIE! you can make it into a nascar reproduction from back i the day when nascar was actually factory racing. I know it is 4 door- it can be a tribute car.
