Where are you located? What swap did you do? what harnesses did you use? I guarantee I can fix it, I just am not coming to fix it for pennies.

i bought the car as just the body aka shell. its a 93 civic, so i put in a single cam swap( d16z6) the first time and everything seemed to be running perfectly about. not even one cel code on a stock p28. then, i turn around and drop in a b series vtec swap and out of no where when i try to crank the motor for the first time, the glitching effect takes place on the cluster as mentioned.

*i used the same obd1 vtec harness off my single cam and im still running the same p28 ecu as well. i didnt even mess with any wiring besides unplugging the engine harness from one motor and transfering it to the other one throughout all this. i dont consider my self a honda guru, but i know what im doing as far as anything basic like swaps, maintenance, etc. i just cant seem to figure this out. i already swapped ecu's and still nothing.
