    better make sure there is full coverage on it and have a notary( like my dad) sign a payment agreement just to be safe. sorry to rain on your parade but ive done this twice and never been paid so be safe.

    if you need a notary present, which you should, my dad is a notary and will do it nights, weekends, etc so lmk pm me if needed and he can do it. it will protect both parties.
