    Default WTB: Laptop under 200$$

    i need a laptop thats under 200$$ but if its a little over 200 thats fine just post up what you have. I just need that it has a power supply and that it has a OS thats windows 98 se+ Thanks Also throw me some desktops also same price as the laptops.
