    Ill PM you soon, Id like to come by and take a look. Only issue is I work nights and come in anywhere from 11 to 2 am. Would that be an issue? How many others live there, just you?

    thats fine. coming home late is not an issue.
    no one else lives here, i dont like crouded house/clutter.
    there will always be jsut me, and another roomate, girlfriend may spend the night once a week or so.
