WTB: Cheap wheels with okay tires.

I'd like something to roll on for about a month while I strip and polish my fat 5's. My budget for these is $200.

Needs: 4x100, at least 14in, fit over integra brakes, tires safe enough for winter weather and rain for a month or two.

Wants: 15 or 16in with 80-90% tread that will make me change my mind about polishing the fat 5's (yeah i got jokes).

Let me know if you have anything. I can meet or p/u but the weekends are way easier for that.
