WTB: rebuilder Honda S2000 ~ $5000

I would like to know if you have or have seen a Honda S2000 for around $5000. I am looking for a side project that I can take my time and rebuild. I would like to see minimum body damage, no frame damage, a running motor, good tranny, and preferably in white, but life is not perfect so let me know what you guys got.

under 5 no way. under 10 maybe

my buddy got one for $9800 needed a new front core support, hood, bumper, headlights, fenders and removal of airbacks etc..

but that was a hell of a deal

you got to think the engines still go for $2K, tranny for $1K, and all other parts are still SO expensive so to find something with everything in it with minimal damage for under $5k is literally impossible.

But for that kind of money I could get a high mileage, earlier models.

I'm not expecting any more than one or two of the qualities I mentioned. I am also flexible with price, if you know anyone that wants to sell a good condition S2000 let me know as well. I just rather get my hands dirty.
