i have 2, 1 is in a 94 ex, the other is out of the car but has a burnt piston ring but the tranny is good. both are 5 speeds, there is 1 header, intake, msd wires, venom performance 400, will only sell together because i am tired of looking at it. The car had been wrecked but fixed so i bought it. Two months later i tore out the tranny. Bought a used engine with good tranny but before i put it in the DMV sent me a letter said they are taking my title because it needs an inspection because of the previous wreck. i had someone look at it that fixed salvaged vehicles and said it would fail so i did not bother to fix it. I also have a friend that has a 95 civic coupe that has been wrecked in the rear, has no engine or tranny but if you want it it is free

I have a D16Y8 with 52k miles out of my 2000 EX but it needs a fuel rail, exhaust manifold, and a valve cover. If your friends uses parts off his, it'll be fine. Make me a offer.
