    Default WTB Air Compressor

    Mine took a shit a while ago and is going to cost $170 to fix....Let me know what you have for around $200.

    Anyone know of any stores that sell used compressors? I found this one on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/60-ga...ayphotohosting

    have to drive to florida to get it though

    you need to see what reserve is on it, also know that with a used compressor you may be in the same situation you are now in a few weeks. dont forget that compressor you just posted from ebay is a 240 volt one...

    Yeah i know its 240...The prob with my old one is that it wasn't getting enough air to it and over heated...I dont think i would drive down to florida to get it anyways...going off to school in the end of september and wont be using it that much...i may just put a new motor in my old one....unless someone can get me a good deal maybe....lol

    i think it was about 5 hp...its in the shop right now so i dunno

    hardest part is getting the pully set on there correctly, the only other thing is, if its a "integrated" motor or however they sold it its not so easy to fix. if it is a decent compressor it will have a pump and a motor as 2 seperate parts..
