How about buying a beater for under $1K? Unless you get a corporate discount, there's no way you'll spend less than 6-700 bucks/month on a sh*t a*s rental, well unless you rent someone's beater. And forget renting Mustangs and other non-****boxes.. they run well into 1k/month.
Anyhow, do you have any tickets? If you're not an accident attractor, I might be able to set something up for you. Not my cars lol but a basic Cobalt/Saturn Ion/Focus from Hertz/National. Rate ~150/week, incl. taxes and underage (will have to confirm the rate for <21 since 21-25 is free)
