    it single overhead and yeah its vtec not if it comes stock with the 92 to 95 civic HB idk but nevermind now i already went and picked one up so NO MORE OFFER PLEASE.... THANKS

    well i mean i'm not sure if the motor comes stock with the 92 to 95 civic HB SI models
