    Yes it fits a t28 flange...minimal shaftplay spins freely no oil leak...i would recomend a oil restirictor like all my turbos

    I dont think its blown. It has a little shaft play and spins freely. Is oil and water cooled. I would always recommend a rebuild with used turbos. Heres some pics. It has a 5 bolt downpipe bolt pattern.
