Looking for a good deal on something used: non-gotti (not a big fan of chrome) that will fit the car below in 18" - 20"

If willing to trade my rims are available and would like $400 (1/3 price) see pic below they are 5x114 18" team locos CF with at least 20k left on tires

Anything under $900 with tires, will give preference to those who accept my rims as trade.
