    You did not state it clearly! OB2-OB1 but OBD2A or OBD2B?

    Yes it does man! OBD2A and OBD2B have different plugs to the ECU. If it does not matter, why you think they even sell OBD2A-OBD1, and OBD2B-OBD1 separately? http://www.boomslang.us/extension.htm . You need to know which one is your car before buying it!

    I have an obd2b-obd1. I believe its 99-01 p72's use obd2b. Some 99's use obd2a depending on if it was a 99 manufactured at the end of 98.
