    the 4g63 head is for the turbo and the non turbo head is the 420a. they are very different. just to let you know in case you didnt.

    ahh u got ur info a little incorrect

    the 420a is the dodge motor which is in the neons and 98+ eclipse

    4g63 motors came Non Turbo and turbocharged from like 1990-97
    came in eclipse, talon and some hyundai*

    i have never seen a 4g63 non turbo motor in a 2nd gen eclipse but, i take your word for it.
