You can get mud flaps from honda (or atleast thats where I got mine from) and they were around $70 for the set.
True 90-91 amber corners can be found on ebay for about $30, but I would keep the clear corners since that would go with the color of your car.
I never seen a set on amber bumper lens for 90-91 bumpers (only 88-89 since they came stock that way), so if you cant find them you may want to change your bumper (like Uproot front bumper).
Side marker are on ebay pretty cheap or passwordjdm.com

yea, the only way i'd change my lights to amber was if i could get amber bumpers (which are impossible to find).
And $70 for mud flaps are WAAAAAAAY too much...

you only need the rear, so around $35
once again gotta pay to play
