    i have kyb gr-2's and nuespeed race springs..they are on my civic but will fit on integras....$275

    about 5k on the springs and shocks. im not sure about spring rates..here is a link to the neuspeed site with these springs. they dont ride like ass or anything and they dont slame the car like shitty ebay coilovers either

    so, you have the integra springs or the civic ones? Only reason I ask is b/c of weight. If you have the civic ones, then these will drop more than what is listed by the site.

    i have the springs for a civic and the shocks are the same parts number for integras and civics
