    LoL, it SHOULD pass unless you've done something to it...

    Spark plugs, wires, o2, cat, premium fuel, and new air filter. Shouldn't be any problem.

    I'm not 100% on this but, there is a loophole if your car won't pass emissions. If your are a student then you can get omitted. And if you have a receipt for (somebody help me with this) over $100 from a shop showing that you are trying to get it to pass, then they will let you go.
