well I guess I better stop doing this, now you got me scared. about the only thing I can tell you NAUTIBOI is to go fuck yourself. CLEARLY the dude asking for 20% knew exactly what I meant when I said 2% meaning 20% TYPO asshole. as for all the BS "legal" shit your posting some is good info BUT it was resolved WAY before you decided to repost and add you two cents in, if someone brings you the tint and you install it no biggie. NO PROOF of that specific shop installing it due to the brand of tint, and as well they will never issue a reciept!! Thanks for all the good advice and if ANYONE else is looking to get hooked up hit me up

Hack Brand of tint means nothing, i sell three brands but only advertise my Major manufacture. who cares what brand it is if it is illegal. You will have no valid warranty with any company.
and if you read close it states that no one shall install the material not sell it. you can sell it all you want as long as you don't install it.
    (e) No person shall install any material upon the windshields or windows of any motor vehicle, the installation of which would result in a reduction of light transmission or an increase in light reflectance in violation of subsection (b) of this Code section.
I am sure the IRS would be thrilled to know that a so called Legitimate Business is doing work without a record of that sale, income. I think that can be called TAX Evasion.
Remember the IRS is the only agency that could take AL Capone down. you think they won't get at you if they wanted?

I have been in business for going on 9 years, problem free, you think i want to jepodize that over any tint job? We are true Proffessinals and we Act and don business accordingly.
    WE DON'T WANT NO PROBLEMS.

I didn't do any interpreting, though. That's a direct copy from the book (what I posted) now, perhaps it's in one of the subsections OF that article..? I dont' know, I'll have to look it up later...

Not bitching. Just discussing what the laws are. It's good to know knowledge. If you don't like it, get the hell off IA with only 670 posts. Once you reach around at least 1K posts, you'll start learning how IA is.

The whole windshield cannot be tinted. Only 6" down from the top. Later, QD.

Sometimes you can get the windshield tinted "for offroad purposes only" under the table...but I'd advise against it. ESPECIALLY anything darker than 35. Makes your vision at night rough, especially when it rains. And if the tint has ANY wrinkles in it...you're fucked.
