Well to be honest I have had several I picked up in the past for under $1,000 which was a COMPLETELY stipped frame with title only. Required me to tow it but none the less. If I had been able to get some vacation and travel back to the U.S. I would have been able to go pick them up but never could, hence why I'm still looking.

And if anyone pays over $5,000 for a car frame with nothing on it and a title they are drunk and need to see help. If I could afford to ship another car back to the U.S. from here I would since I could purchase an entire car for under $5,000... a good car (Skylines, Chasers, etc), not some beater.
