It's been used but works fine. I loved this phone, just wanted to use my upgrade. (it has good ringtones on it too! lol) Takes great pics, texting is easy cuz of the raised buttons, etc... The only minor problem is the battery charger connection is a little screwy. I mean, it charges just fine- you just have to make sure it's plugged in good and set it somewhere that it won't get bumped til it's fully charged. Let me know if you're interested!

The pics show the small scratch on the back (that the clip actually covers entirely) and the scratch on the front right side. The front scratch is honestly not very visable.
