    how so, there's not titles or vin #'s associated with wheels/tires. so how's it a big deal with selling/trading wheels? its not in fine print because there's no limit on selling/trading wheels! not trying to get rude or anything, I just dont see what the big deal is. I think someone needs to "edit" the "rules" if this is the case, lol.
