are you sure that offset is right? also the dr20s with a +10 offset got for 350 for a brand new set from them, which are the same wheels pretty much as you have here.
im pretty sure it is cuz wen i got them i was'nt expecting these either i was thinkin like a 3'' lip and yea the offset is right they sit flush wit the fender

those are +38, not +15s. price needs a recheck also
where did you learn about wheels? all low offset wheels have a bigger lip. these do not so that makes them +38.
