If you saw someone with your wheels on their car, you wouldn't do shit, you'd just sit on that curb on moreland and cry like a little bitch. If you have insurance, theres nothing to look for, insurance will pay for your mods. Just like everyone says in the stolen section, "I wanna see who stole my car, they're dead."
