You get the "upper" euro bumper with the "lower" euro votex kit. Comes complete with the european rebar and is a snap to install on your own. Currently off the car now and ready to go!

Asking $850, which is less than you can get these pieces unpainted (if you can find them). Free install if you pick up too!
