Actually that was an R34 GTT (2wd) with a NEO RB25DET motor, which comes with 280 bhp stock. a C5 Z06 comes with, what, 400 or 450bhp (not sure, but a lot more than 280bhp). Everyone knows that skylines are not that impressive, stock. Z06s are. One could argue that one could modify a Z06. Point is you could modify anything (including your grandma's gremlin) to blow the doors off anything, so long as you have the money. The Corvette is the closest thing to exotic that can beat the shit out of most exotics for a fraction of the price. The skyline, too, with proper minimal mods, can beat a lot of cars too. People idolize the skyline, because that can't have one, and they're very rare. I too love the skyline and the Corvette (especially the '63). Both are badass as long as they're properly cared for, and some tool is not driving them.
