    If the cops would take one or two officers and make certain that it was a little more organized, you wouldn't completely eliminate danager, but you could manage it. This has worked in San Diego and other citys. Philly is too dumb to figure that out. I doubt Atlanta will ever figure it out also.

    lol! I've had a video of a detroit cop racing a friends sunfire on my comp for awhile! It's been on the net but never blew up like this! Should I send it to the news team? lol
