    true...i would say there both at fault....but that kid should be wearing a helmet!

    i used to BMX and theres certain rules to follow when riding on the street.

    Very fucked up i Was not expecting that. But yeah, kid should have had a helmet and been on side walk, and drive should have been watching what he was doin.

    Yeah I don't think a helmet would have saved that kid in that instance It would have broken his neck on impact but yeah I get what you guys are saying
