    I dunno - you look at the first race or whatever and you dont even see the Evo pulling away from the car behind it...

    and even if the case was the Civic was faster, as someone once said, I dont care how fucking fast it is, its still a Civic

    WTF? You do realize they are in the same category of compact car? Yeah they're different performance wise outta the box but the evo is still just a crappy car with awd and a turbo. Have you ever even sat inside an evo? Its got an ugly interior and most civic interiors look tasteful in comparison. IMO modded civic>evo. Plus it can be cheaper to mod a 10y/o civic.
