    That is some asshat with a 20 dollar strobe kit.

    As far as entrapment, WTF are you talking about? A undercover police car can be any type of car. If you are referring to some cop pulling up next to you and asking to race...yeah that could be considered not really sure what Georgia law states but in Mississippi that would be.
