I like how everyone is basically sh*tting on this movie and for what? Because its hollywood? At least they did the research on this one (one of the advisors came to a few of the message boards to get input and volunteers) and didn't just do another street racing movie with cgi.

They got guys who drift professionally not some actors who need to learn how to drive. Yeah Bow Wow is in the movie but what do you expect? The movie is there to make money too and Bow wow appeals to their market. Its soooooo easy to bash the movie and the responses are almost cliche now, we all know there will be idiots out there trying to drift civics and we know the cops will be even worse after the movie comes out but I still think what they're doing with the movie is pretty cool.

Imagine the positive exposure this will bring for those who professionally do it. As an enthusiast I'll go see damn near anything with sports cars in it, especially drifting so I hope the movie does well but thats just my

agreed, i'll go see any move with sports cars in it too, especially when its cars that I have only seen in magazines. Looks pretty good to me, just with they used someone like Paul Walker instead of Bow Wow, but thats not gonna stop me from enjoying it.
