I second this. You got your definition of a "Ricer" confused with people who know how to enjoy their cars..I used to live in orlando where a majority of the footage for Vehicular lunatics was shot and all the drivers are well informed car enthusiasts who know what they are doing...they aren't out there trying to make their cars look like something it's not (which is the real definition of a ricer)...You may think taking huge risks on public roads is stupid and for the most part it probably is, but that is your perogative. If they are having fun with what they are doing and pay the consequences when they get caught then who are you to judge. It's like that one guy said, 17th or 18th ticket he has received. Driving fast is obviously his thing, but how does that make him a ricer?
