i found that on the driftmechaniks forum. they seem to think the bike cop and m coupe were staged. for instance, staging a high speed chase just to have some fun. (ie, the bike isnt really a cop)

It's not a real cop. It is the famous ghost rider. He invited a top driver from I believe Sweden or something like that to a highway chase, to see who was the best driver, and to see if the M was all he was made out to be.
