I'm not understanding the "times have changed" part, but I'm from Los Angeles. It is required to have a lo-lo at one point in my life, lolol. That's why I've always had low riding cars my entire driving life.

I lived in the area since the mid 90s, and how it was then and how it is now, is what I was referring to. Im from Los Angeles too. From East LA on Whittier, But had to move here because of the earthquake.
