Lets play a thought game. Let's give, like you want, every cop the right to beat the life out of criminals without due process, if they feel they deserve it...

Imagine if you will, you, John Q Citizen, are walking down the street from this courthouse to the 7-11 to get a coke and some skittles, dressed in a similar outfit as this guy, same haircut and skin complexion, without your ID. Cops come out of the courtroom and spot YOU walking down the street, five of them grab you and smash your face until its the consistency of jello. They bring you upstairs, dress you into blues, finger print you and lock you up. Only after fingerprint analysis do they realize you're not the guy they're looking for. The real criminal is at large, you have a face that looks like boiled shredded beef and a dick in your ass

So to answer your question, I don't know what world you live in, but I live in a country that has due process, where shit like that shouldn't happen.

Law enforcement officers are to enforce the law, not seek revenge. If you can't control yourself to perform your job correctly, you're just as bad as the criminal, and do NOT belong on the force.

Well the fact that this guy was arrested and they knew what he looked like makes you answer pointless....If they would have beaten the wrong guy then yes it would be very fucked up...But they didn't...we can sit here all day talking about what could have happen but fact being that he shot a man in the face and dont forget why he was arrested in the first place.....For killing a old lady....So your telling me this animal should still have rights?Lets forget about the world for a min and answer just whats being ask here Police Brutality or not....I would say yes if you base it on laws but i can only speak for my self by saying they should have killed him.

You're clearly missing the point here. Was it police brutality? Yes. Did he deserve it? Most likely. However, that still does not make it right and those who did it to him should be disciplined.

So im missing the point if i already said it WAS brutality?You should maybe read everything before you reply...Im not going back and forth with you guy.....Like i said,brutality by law yes it is but let someone look your mother,father,sister or brother in the face and then shoot them and THEN lets see how you feel about so-called brutality...
