Caught On Tape: Police Beating Motorist In Diabetic Shock!
Nothing out of routine from what I've seen. The cops are trained to expect the worse and how to handle situations. Yes he may have been going into diabetic shock or a cocain rage they don't know.
Every cop in this video did their job to thier training IMO

Shut the fuck up. No one in the officer's guide book does it state to kick the suspect in the face. I'm aware that they are trained to prepare for the worse but that is excessive force and brutal. Our low-life LEO's get away with too much shit as it is because they have the "power" to do so.
